1. How do I turn my Mini on?
On the left side of your
mini you will find the Play / Pause / Stop button. This button
also serves as the power on button. Press the Play button once
and your mini will power on. You do not need to hold the button
down. Once turned on, your mini will default to the first song
in your registry. If this does not work, try the RESET
button on the right side.

2. I have my Mini
plugged into my computer and I cannot turn it on. Why is that?
Once your Mini is
connected to your computer, you will not be able to access the
interface through the device itself. Once connected, you must
access the Mini interface through your computer. The easiest
way to do this is by going to My Computer from the start button
and your Mini will appear as CMP-AUDIO. Double click on it and
you can navigate through the files.

3. I just pushed
the play button to turn my Mini on and I see the song scrolling,
but it isn’t playing. What do I do?
Once powered on, the
Mini will default to the first song in your registry; however it
will not automatically begin playing the song. You must his
play again in order to get the Mini to begin playing your music.

4. Can I store WAV files
on my Mini?
Digital music is usually
stored in two formats: WAV and MP3. As your Mini is an MP3
player, we do not recommend that you attempt to store WAV files
on it, as these files are very large. Keep in mind, however,
that WAV files can be converted into MP3 files.

5. Why does my Mini
only allow me to add a certain number of songs to it?
Even though MP3 files
are small, they are not all the same size. Whether you have a
128, 256, or 512 Mini, the size of the file is very important
when it comes to how many songs can be stored to the Mini.

6. Why does it
skip a song when I only press the forward button once?
Either the play mode is
set to shuffle or that particular song is in the incorrect
format and your Mini cannot read it, in which case it will
automatically pass over that song.

only one side of my earphones work?
